De Anza College Campus Climate Survey, Spring 2025

The Campus Climate Survey was administered in May-June 2025 to all currently enrolled students in spring quarter, 2025 and all active employees. The survey administration resulted in 249 student responses and 225 employee responses.  The survey evaluates factors on a four-point agreement scale and a yes/no scale. Factors assessed include belonging, engagmeent, leadership effectiveness, among others to measure overall campus climate. The results for students and employees are linked below.
