    Welcome

    James welcomed everyone to the third Spring 2025 COOL meeting. 

    Approve Agenda and 4/28 Minutes

    James Updated on RSI Spring training. Remind colleagues to complete the training by the end of the quarter!

    Amy shared that conversations are continuing for future PD regarding AI as well as getting the AI policies approved by senate on the website. 

    Shared governance survey will be completed during the meeting next week. 

    Proctoring Rubric

    Discussions on who should be involved with evaluating the rubric. Important to have stakeholders and decision makers in the room as well as tech experts. A taskforce could be created or recommended for reviewing proctoring and other tools. 

    COOL Membership Update

    The first stage of revising COOL is looking at the membership. A draft list of a villages model with additional positions to fill gaps was presented. Feedback ensuring our current group would carry over and that all instructional areas would have representation. Will review again next week.

    Curriculum Updates

    In small groups, COOL members reviewed curriculum forms and made note of any forms that needed corrections.
