Welcome
James welcomed everyone to the second Winter 2025 COOL meeting.

RSI Training Update
With Part 2 in progress, James shared some intial feedback recieved from participants. Around 280 faculty are enrolled in the Part 2 training. Course work and live meetings are in progress.
Amy shared feedback from collegues in the LA division and some ideas to avoid some faculty pushback in the future.
A Spring version of the training will be announced in March
Online Curriculum Form Guide
Gaby shared feedback from the curriculum team regarding our guides created. Gaby then set up a form for the team to review and walkthrough the different steps for review. Questions were raised about percentages and language in the accesibilty section. The feedback will be sent back to the faculty.
AI Policy Update
Amy updated the group on meetings that have taken place with our collegues at Foothill and what the next steps are. A document will be shared at the next meeting.
