Transfer Trends Over Five Years
Despite a bump in transfers at the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, De Anza has gradually experienced a decline in transfers over the past five years, with the annual total dropping from 2,567 in 2019-20 to 2,307 in 2023-24 – two years after the start of an enrollment decline that accompanied the pandemic.

Top Transfer Destinations
The top California State University campuses for transfer in 2023-24 were San José, San Francisco and East Bay. The top University of California campuses for transfer in 2023-24 were Berkeley, Davis and Los Angeles.
