Business Item #2: “Know your rights” Planning 2:06 pm
Realizing difficulties that have arisen due to logistics, and specifically, possible locations. Dali spoke with Dani from VIDA about hosting the event in HEFAS and the ECOT. The biggest issue that arose was the lack of foot traffic that ECOT receives. Official dialogue needs to be open to ensure that we give ample time to advertise the change of location. New starting dates: 17th or 24th of Feb.
Business Item #3: Cultural Day Discussion 2:17 pm
SRE works with ICC to get more details on what we can do to help ICC with planning, volunteers, and logistics. ICC prefers week 9 for the event. SRE is working to help finalize a day for the event. Current tentative date: March 2 from 11:30 to 1:30.
Business Item #4: DASG Scholarships 2:47 pm
This scholarship used to be completely decided by the finance committee. But it was recently decided that the decision for this aligns with the charter and responsibilities of the SRE committee better. But the awarded amount will still be determined by finance.
