Borrow a Bicycle for Free


Recognizing the need for sustainable transportation, DASG launched the Bike Loaner Program to better serve the student body. The program has recently expanded to include e-bikes. Qualified students can borrow a bicycle or e-bike β€” along with a helmet, lock, and corral key β€” at no cost for the quarter.

  • βœ“18 years of age or older
  • βœ“Must be a current DASG Card holder
  • βœ“Enrolled in at least 6 units
  • βœ“All fees paid, or enrolled in an installment plan through the Cashier's Office.
    Note: The last day to enroll in an installment plan is the second Friday of each new quarter.

Submit your request for the current quarter using the link below. You will need to log in with your Campuswide ID (CWID) and MyPortal password.

The 2026 Fall Quarter DASG Bicycle Request Form will be available in September 2026.

⚠️ Late Fees & Replacement Costs


Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all equipment provided β€” lost, missing, stolen, or damaged items are your financial responsibility.
  • Failure to return equipment or reimburse DASG for repairs or replacements by the agreed date may result in an academic hold on your De Anza record and/or referral to a college manager for disciplinary action.
  • A $10.00 late fee is charged for every business day equipment is not returned after the due date, up to a maximum equivalent to the full replacement cost.
