    Public Comments 

    • Anish: Mini-Flea Market went well. Several vendors reached out and praised us. Thank you to all the interns who helped, and anyone involved in the planning. Flea Market is happening on December 7. Stay tuned for the next Mini-Flea Market in February
    • Ben: Wanted to give a quick update on the donation group. We were tasked with finding a way to dispose of the old stuff. We are currently working with United Policy Donation  
    • Allen: Dayna sent an email for the requirements needed to tell the vendors what they needed to do business. We’ve begun reaching out. 
    • Shiqi: Today is the last meeting. If you have finished 3 meetings and 1 intern project, you can let me, Jin, Lauren, Anish, or Rami know, and we can do your interview and get you approved. Thank you all for your hard work, we hope to see you next quarter.

    • Dayna: Thank you for going to the Mini-Flea Market. I am sorry I wasn’t able to attend, and I appreciate everyone's support and cooperation. I am looking forward to December 7 and I am wishing a happy thanksgiving to those who celebrate.

      • Opportunity for Students: Showcase talents regardless of skill level, fostering engagement and providing stage experience.
      • Revitalize Interest in Creative Arts: Address decreased enrollment post-COVID-19 and reinvigorate interest in arts and cultural performance.

      • Potential Date & Time: February 28th, 7-9 PM (Friday, post-midterms).
      • Venue: VPAC Center (capacity: 400, equipped with audio, video, and lighting capabilities).
      • Performance Types: Dance, music, vocal acts, cultural dances, and other performing arts.

      • Open to all De Anza students.
      • Potential sign-up deadline: February 7.
      • Potential Auditions: Finalize performances by February 14.
      • Rehearsals: Three planned, one optional.
