Dave Cortese for State Senate (District 15)
Join a key race in California right here in Santa Clara County! Counter Supervisor Dave Cortese is running for State Senate in District 15. Dave has done amazing work as Board of Supervisors in our county. He’s drafted, passed and enacted legislation. He’s stood up to get our community resources we need: he was integral in getting Measure A, an initiative that ensured that funding for affordable housing, transit for seniors and the disabled and other important services without raising taxes onto the ballot in 2016, and he fought to extend both BART and VTA. He also introduced the resolution in the Board of Supervisors that declared a climate emergency in Santa Clara County and recently spoke at the United Nations about the need to act on climate change.
