This email was sent to all students who were registered for winter and any new students who applied or registered for spring quarter.

We want to remind you that De Anza College is requiring students and employees to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination and a booster shot if you are coming to campus during spring quarter. Proof of the vaccination and booster must be submitted separately. Instructions for uploading your vaccination and booster documents are now posted at deanza.edu/vax.
Here are a few things to remember:
- You must upload proof of vaccination before you can register for any on-campus classes. (If you already uploaded proof for fall or winter, you don't need to upload again to register for spring quarter.)
- You don't need to provide proof of a booster before you register for classes, but if you are planning to come to campus this spring, you must provide proof you've received a booster (if you are eligible for one) before classes begin on Wednesday, April 6.
- You should upload your booster document by April 1 so it can be verified before the deadline.
- Vaccinations and boosters are not required for online classes – but they are required if you plan to be on campus for any reason, such as visiting the Library or a Student Services office.
The face mask requirement remains in effect for all indoor classes and activities; masks are also recommended outdoors.
These health requirements are meant to protect everyone at De Anza – including you! You’ll find more information and step-by-step instructions at deanza.edu/vax.
Best wishes,De Anza College
