Budget Request: Matcha Community Club
- ICC Finance presented the request from Matcha Community Club. No questions were asked.
- LGBTQ Association moved to approve the $98 for Matcha Community Club ($88 Supplies-4010, $10 Printing-4060) from #41-54730 (Club/ICC Special Allocations. Environmental Monitoring club seconded. No objections. Motion passed.
- LGBTQ Association moved to switch business items #3 & #2. Shotokan Karate club seconded. No objections. Motion passed.

Winter Club Day Overview
Hsu and Darren presented the following:
- When & Where: next week Thursday 11 AM to 1 PM @ Sunken Garden
- Reminder to RSVP by Monday night.
- Club day is MANDATORY. (Reach out to ICCAdvisor@fhda.edu for any difficulties attending)
- Guidelines (check attached presentation for more details)
- Q: The 10:30 AM first-come-first-serve policy is for tables?
- A: Yes.
- Q: When do club performances begin?
- A: Depends on how many clubs sign up.
- Q: Can a club request power outlets?
- A: Please email ICC Advisor for any specific needs.

Fall Perfect Attendance Awards
- Maritza: This award needs all proofs of meetings/records of attendance.
- The ICC Team reminds that all proofs of club meetings (including agendas & minutes), (physical sign-in sheets or participants & meeting time for online meetings) need to be submitted for perfect attendance.
- Attending Club Day, all ICC Rep Meetings, Financial Orientation, having an updated financial roster, and meeting agenda & minutes all required.
The following 5 clubs were selected for a draw: ARK, FOS, MVA, Outdoor club, DND
- $100 granted to ARK. No rep claimed the prize. Redrawn.
- $100 granted to MVA. Rep claimed the prize.
- $100 granted to Tabletop club. Rep claimed the prize.
- Q: Are all the requirements listed on the website.
- A: Info on website was removed for decluttering (will be re-added). Requirements are always announced in ICC Rep Meetings.
- Q: Is the agenda required?
- A: Minutes are required. Agenda is a good practice for transparency of information.
- Q: How does a club check-in for attendance?
- A: In-person clubs physically sign-in on the sheet. Online attendees need to be in Zoom for at least half the meeting & fill out sign-in sheet (linked in the chat).
- Q: Are club advisors required to be present in club meetings?
- A: Yes, club advisors need to be present for official meetings. Advisors are required for reserving a space on campus in the first place.
- Q: How does a club submit proofs?
- A: There are a form and specific procedures for different types of meetings.
