Spring 2022: Employee Covid Verifications
As a reminder, per District AP/BP 3507, all employees and students must provide proof of a COVID vaccination AND booster OR have a medical and/or religious exemption approved on file.
If you are an employee and have already uploaded your vaccination AND booster status OR have a medical or religious exemption on file, no further action is required on your part. Elizabeth Folck (email@example.com) from Human Resources will be contacting you to verify that your information has been received and you are in compliance.
If you are an employee and have NOT yet uploaded your vaccination AND booster status OR medical exemption request into the PyraMed platform, we ask that you do so as soon as possible to ensure you obtain verification from Human Resources. CLICK HERE FOR UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS.
PLEASE NOTE: Religious exemption requests should still be sent directly to Myisha Washington via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a reminder, per Chancellor Miner’s Spring 2022 Update (emailed districtwide on March 19, 2022) while the county strongly recommends masking indoors, the district will continue to require the wearing of face masks indoors for classes and public-facing services through May 6.
