    Program Review

Avila updated the committee on the status of the current Program Review software. TracDat is being replaced by new software and the last day to retrieve information from the system will be March 30, 2020. It is suggested that everyone back up any data or run reports just in case any data is lost in the transfer. After the new software has been implemented, Avila offered to host workshops to assist users on its use.

    Program and Committee Updates
    • LeBleu-Burns reported that an unofficial committee has been formed to assist with the implementation of the new software that will be replacing our current reporting software, Advocate. The new Maxient software will be available for all students and staff on campus to report incidents and the current timeline has the new software available by the spring quarter.
      • LeBleu-Burns also wanted to mention that Health Services has information posted on their website regarding concerns over the Coronovirus and the information can be reviewed on this page.

    • Shannakian reported that DASB has just finished their budget for 2020-21 and it will be up for a vote on Feb. 19th. The Student Elections committee extended their application deadline until Thursday, Feb. 13th for nominations and voting will be open from Wednesday, Feb. 24th through Friday, March 6th.

    • Kirkpatrick said at this time there wasn’t anything new to report from ACE. A question was raised about the status of the reclassification study and Kirkpatrick mentioned they actually had a meeting earlier in the day and that discussions are still ongoing. Another meeting is set for next week to continue the discussion.

    • Alexander reported that the Associate Degrees for Transfer (ADT) deadline is coming up on February 14th so they have been busy assisting students with the application. If students have any questions about the ADT please direct them to a Counselor. More information about ADT can be found here.

    • Mandy reported that the scholarship deadline is coming up on February 14th and that they will be hosting a FASFA workshop in the ATC Building on February 21st so please encourage students to attend. The new funding formula includes FASFA applications and it is very important to have all students fill one out.

    • Booye reported on behalf of Classified Senate and enrollment is down 2% this year but the current funding model will hold us harmless until 2022. Also, a reminder Classified Professional Development day is scheduled for May 15, 2020.
      • Booye also reported on the SEA Program meeting she attended and they will be meeting again to continue the discussion on how to use these funds. Some previous commitments will be ending and they want the process to be more transparent. A website will also be developed to show the committee’s progress and the decisions made.
