    Presentations: Katie Davis (De Anza CONNECT in lieu of Sushini Chand), Lidia Burlanescu (Classified Senate Budget), Cynthia Kaufman (Academic Freedom & Free Spech Policy), Adriana Garcia (2026 Classified Professionals Day)

    Key Updates
    • CONNECT program & winter event
      • Roar onboarding event held (~150 attendees).
      • New early-alert and referral platforms launched to support first-time students and coordinated education planning.
    • Professional development funding
      • Budget reduced from $5,000 → $3,000 for 2025–26.
      • Funds intended for Professional Development Day and limited overtime.
      • Augmentation request submitted to restore funding.
    Committee & Governance
    • Elections committee appointed; nominations for other roles begin in March.
    • Bailey Weiss approved as communications officer.
    • Need volunteers for:
      • Equity Action Council representatives
      • PGA committee participation.
    Professional Development Day
    • Scheduled for March 20, 2026 (Foothill College).
    • Interest survey completed; workshops and presenters being coordinated.
