Sciacchitano- The Creative Arts building project is progressing with new conceptual renderings, though faculty have concerns about space allocation and outdoor areas; the project is consolidating into one two-story building.

Sciacchitano/Cervantes- The PE building project has received DSA approval for its initial plan; swing space logistics remain the most significant challenge.

- Campus Center Refresh is underway: wayfinding signs and basement floor polishing are planned for summer; LED lighting procurement is being re-evaluated.
- Tennis and pickleball court renovation at De Anza is scheduled to begin June 10th,
with completion expected by June 25th (plus contingency).

- Restroom renovations (L5, S2, S6) are in the tiling stage, targeting mid-July completion; restroom trailers will be provided for graduation ceremonies.
- Flat roofs at E3, S4, and S5 are physically complete; paperwork is being finalized.
- Stadium and track visual display upgrade is essentially complete and on track for graduation.
- S3, S7, and seminar roof projects have received notice to proceed; logistics are being
finalized.

Cervantes- Pavers to be completed prior to Fall quarter
- Panic button functional performance tests are being scheduled for the library (De Anza and Foothill) and all campus locations.
- Pool deck barrier information to be shared at next meeting.
- Skateboarding and e-scooter safety on campus was raised as an urgent concern due to recent student injuries.
- A suggestion was made to add panic buttons to the Pride Center and HEFAS Center.
- Unauthorized Amazon deliveries to campus offices were addressed; all packages must route through the centralized Foothill warehouse.
- Smoking signage on campus, concern students smoking in non-designated areas.
