Scholarship Donations Welcome
Please consider making a tax-deductible donation that will directly fund our Lavender Graduation scholarships for students who are graduating or transferring from De Anza, as well as our student employment fund. Student scholarships are distributed at our annual Lavender Graduation, and our student employment fund provides support to create employment and fellowship opportunities for De Anza students.
To donate, you have several options to choose from:
OPTION A: Monthly Payroll Deduction
(Available to district employees in active standing only)
1. To authorize payroll deductions, download the FHDA Foundation Scholarship Donation Form
2. Sign, scan and email the completed form to foundation@fhda.edu
OPTION B: Donate Online
1. Visit the Foothill-De Anza Foundation's donation page to make a contribution by credit card
2. To ensure your gift is designated accordingly, be sure to select "De Anza" and type "Pride Center" in the "Other" field
3, Click on the "Donate Now" button located toward the bottom of the page
OPTION C: Donate by Check
1. Please make your check payable to the Foothill-De Anza Foundation/Pride Center
2. Fill out and print the FHDA Foundation Gift Form
3. Mail the completed form and check to:
