About the Career Center

young woman with De Anza notebookThe new Career Center at De Anza College provides students with the resources, guidance and opportunities needed to explore careers, build professional skills and prepare for employment.

Services include:

  • Academic and career counseling
  • Resume and interview support
  • Job and internship placement
  • Access to specialized tools for career exploration

By connecting classroom learning with real-world experience, the Career Center helps students develop both technical and professional competencies.

As part of the Career Technical Education and Workforce Development Division at De Anza College, the Career Center works closely with the Occupational Training Institute (OTI) to support career-focused programs and work-based learning. Together, these programs assist students with academic planning, job development, internships and hands-on training while also providing supportive services to help students overcome barriers.

This integrated approach ensures that students are well-prepared for transfer, degree and certificate completion, and long-term career growth.
