Develop Opportunities to Build Community and Be Inspired
All employees need the opportunity to regularly revisit their purpose and passion in serving students. This action plan will collaboratively identify ways in which the college can find time to be in community with each other and be inspired. This could be through flex day opportunities or events but required campuswide. This requires working with senior leaders, unions, classified and academic senate, and employee groups to identify opportunities to find time for a regular event. This will also include inviting inspirational speakers to campus and creating time for reflection.

Explore inviting inspirational speakers such as Eric McIntosh, from Apple.
Develop ways to gather teams / departments to review/develop curriculum and student success strategies based on the presentations subsequent to the presentation and develop action plans for incorporating high-impact practices into our everyday work.
