Library Research Skills
Course Description
The course introduces skills needed to locate, evaluate, and cite information. The course focuses on the resources of academic libraries including online catalogs, periodical indexes, and instructional websites. This course will prepare students to do the basic research necessary to effectively complete written and oral assignments.

LIB -001.-66Z: Accelerated class that is fully ONLINE. This class does not have scheduled meetings and runs for 7 weeks from 4/07/25-5/24/25. Students must have access to a computer, the Web and an individual e-mail address and can log in at any time to do the required weekly course work. We recommend a laptop or desktop computer to successfully complete the course; a tablet or phone may not be adequate for all assignments and tests.
