Intermediate English as a Second Language


Course Description

This course focuses on developing English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, with an emphasis on explicit and direct grammar instruction. Vocabulary-building and writing are emphasized. Pronunciation practice and discussion of cross-cultural topics are also included.

This class is non-transcriptable and cannot be used to earn an associate degree nor be used as transfer. You can earn a non-transcriptable vocational certificate upon completion. This is a 12-week class.
