Cardiovascular and Strength Training


Course Description

The course introduces the discipline of Physical Education through cardiovascular and strength training. Includes rules, equipment, facilities, etiquette, safety, and technique of cardiovascular and strength training. A brief historical examination of how cardiovascular and strength training has changed due to the influence of individuals and their countries will be presented. Students will review and apply basic exercise physiology, nutrition, and flexibility concepts to improve their physical condition.
