Indoor Soccer


Course Description

This course is an introduction to the discipline of Physical Education through the sport of indoor soccer. This course includes a global perspective and the contributions of both male and female soccer experts and players. An emphasis will be placed on the four major pillars of the game; strategies and tactics of the game will also be discussed and performed. There will be an introduction to the laws of the game, equipment, fair play, flexibility, nutrition, and the nuances of the game. The use of the Internet and other media sources will be encouraged to understand indoor soccer further.
