Offensive Baseball Techniques
Course Description
This course introduces students to the discipline of Physical Education through the study of offensive baseball techniques. It provides a global and historical overview of advanced offensive skills and examines how the evolution of the sport has shaped the modern game. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of movement, team dynamics, and different offensive theories. Through the study of game film, students will explore various components of offensive play, including strategy, timing, and execution. Additionally, topics such as exercise physiology, nutrition, flexibility, and strength training will be integrated to enhance overall athletic conditioning and performance.
