PHYS 4A
Physics for Scientists and Engineers: Mechanics
Course Description
This course provides a rigorous introduction to the physical laws that describe and explain the motion of bodies. It requires students to engage in problem-solving using verbal logic, critical analysis, and mathematical models. Throughout the course, students explore general scientific procedures as a quantitative interaction between experimentation and theory, utilizing statistical methods, graphical techniques, and measurement theory.
