A Special Thank You to All

Dear Colleagues,
On this, my final day as interim president of De Anza College, I simply want to say thank you, to all of you. I would like to extend a special note of thanks to Lorrie Ranck for her excellent work as acting vice president of Instruction while continuing in most of her role as associate vice president and, for three separate divisions during this period, stepping in as interim dean.
It has been my honor to serve our college in every single role I have held: from volunteer, to student, to classified professional, to dean, to vice president of Instruction, to interim president, and once again to vice president.
I am happy to return to the position of vice president knowing that in doing so, I can continue to support each of you in your own work, and incoming President Holmes in his. And always, like you, I am happy to be here at De Anza College in order to serve our students -- always, and in everything we do, for our students. Thank you.
