I. APRU Review:
Lee-Wheat presented the Trac Dat version of the APRU for the group. The group suggested
the following changes to be implemented after reviewing the form and process of the
requested information:
1) Change non-instructional to "Learning Resources and Academic Services".
2) Add facilities to the list of requests for resources.
3) Add a section that allows for comment and review of enrollment trends changes
in productivity. We are seeking a brief analysis of the effects of budget increases
or decreases upon the program.
Lee-Wheat will bring back the form next week in order for the group to further comment
on the resource section and add any other components if deemed necessary.
The additional agenda items were postponed to the next meeting (March 6, 2012)
