    • Nazy shared an update on the Rory’s Cafe Project, which will convert the LA Cafe into a student-focused space serving hot meals
    • The project has a $375,000 budget from basic needs funding, with a deadline to encumber funds by June 30, 2026
    • Proposed renovations include a front-of-house area for seating and menu display, and a back-of-house space with refrigerators, freezers, and sinks for food storage and preparation
    • Key goals include improving accessibility (ADA compliance), strengthening branding, and creating a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment with dynamic interior design
    3:00-3:15 Dining Services update - RFP progress I
    • The RFP for dining services has been completed with a winner selected, though the contract announcement is pending finalization.

    • Tina is helping identify suitable swing spaces

    • Focus on permanent improvements rather than temporary portable buildings

    Beach Volleyball Courts

    • Nearly complete
    • Will be added to the 25Live scheduling system for rental use

    Roof Replacements

    • S3, S7, and S2

    Restroom Renovations

    • S2, SC, and L5 restrooms under construction;   

    Campus Center Projects

    • Working on quotes for lighting

    EV Charging Stalls

    • Available in parking lot E.
