Discussed a couple changes that have been made and clarified a couple items on the form. The updated form has been sent to Marketing to replace the old form.

Updates
Robles is on the Education Master Plan Rewrite Committee and mentioned that Student Services hasn’t been represented in the plan. Robles was given the task of composing a couple paragraphs to submit on behalf of Student Services.
Action Item: Meet with Stacey Cook and Student Services to discuss what to put in
the plan.
Suggestion: Mention what we have done and where we are going.
Shears – Implementing Clockwork, April 1st is the goal date to go live. The next step is setting up student and faculty training.
LeBleu-Burns reminded the group that Student Services day is coming up on April 15th.
Suggestions: Have some student ambassadors available and maybe a counselor or advisor
as well.
Action Item: Will meet again to discuss the planning of this day.
Hiring Updates
A new Dean of Counseling and Student Success has been hired and she will start April 1, 2015. The position of Student Services Executive Assistant has been filled as well.
