There were no amendments to the agenda and one made to the notes.
Accreditation Presentation
- LeBleu-Burns presented an Accreditation Presentation to assist the areas for the Accreditation visit.
- Need to order name badges for the Student Services departments
- Develop information packets for everyone to review
Program Review Status Updates
- Cook thanked everyone for getting caught up with the Program Reviews.
- 2016-17 Program Reviews need to be completed by the end of spring quarter in June.
Program Review 2016 -17 Timeline
- The 2015-2022 Planning Quilt can be reviewed at www.deanza.edu/ir/planning
- Need to develop teams to review the Program Reviews
- Resource Allocation
- Create resource request
- Bring to SSPBT for review
- Receive request if approved
- Need to follow-up with the results from the allocation
- Will provide the rubric that includes the criteria
