B Budget Presentation
SSPBT will discuss the presentation in their next meeting and will notify Susan Cheu of the outcome. On February 9th the B Budget will be presented to College Council.
Accreditation Update
- Accreditation document is still in progress and will be presented to SSPBT for review soon.
Program Review Update
- Program Reviews need to be completed by the end of winter quarter.
- The template to use this year will be sent out after the meeting.

- Campus Logic Presentation
- Everything would be inclusive and online
- The forms would be available online for students
- Employees would be able to review the forms online
- Texting capable through the system
- Individual reports can be run
- Tracking is also available

Shears reported on the ETAC (Educational Technology Advisory Committee)
- Compliance Sheriff is software that is now available for free to schools through
the Butte College Agreement.- Schools can have their website reviewed for free to check accessibility for
people with disabilities.

Kirkpatrick reported on ACE (Association of Classified Employees)
- Reminded everyone that the ACE Classification Study begins next week.
- De Anza: Tuesday, Jan. 24th at 9:00 am, 11:00 am, and 1:30 pm.
- Foothill: Wednesday, Jan. 25th at 9:00 am, 11:00 am, and 1:30 pm.
Cortez reported on SSRS (Student Success & Retention Services)
- They have finished their Program Reviews.
- The transfer from Student Services to Instruction is now complete.
- Working on the Summer Bridge Program
- They now have a 5 day orientation that includes workshops and speakers
- This helps align the program with SSSP
- Analyzing the data to improve the program
- More training and professional development for new
employees and Counselors
- They now have a 5 day orientation that includes workshops and speakers
- The MPS Program has received a 3 year grant
