Approval of Notes: The notes of November 17, 2015 were approved.
Proposed New Comprehensive Program Review:
Coleen Lee-Wheat and Mary Pape presented an overview of the Comprehensive Program Review (CPR) document. Coleen notified the members that all suggested changes by IPBT subcommittee last year were incorporated into this document.

Lee-Wheat asked the members to review and give feedback on CPR. The members examined the document section-by-section giving suggestions and making minor changes.
Mary Pape will implement all the suggested changes into the CPR document and in TracDat.
The CPR document will be used for the next accreditaion cycle (2023) and each upcoming APRU.
The Academic Senate will hold training sessions for program review writers.
Randy Bryant emphasized the importance of creating a document that will not change (dramatically) through the next cycle.
The IPBT approved the updated CPR document unanimously.
The final Comprehensive Program Review document would be available in Spring 2016.
Faculty Hiring Final Outcome:
The final outcome will be sent to the members via email.
