About Me
I have practiced corporate law for 30+ years, with a focus on cross-border work representing
Asian companies doing business in the U.S. and U.S. companies doing business in Asia.
Based in Hong Kong and Beijing for about half of those years, and Silicon Valley for
the other half. I am a partner with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Palo Alto and have
