Annie Sayo will be leading a workshop on how food is healing. Annie Sayo is a knowledge seeker of health, nature and people that enhance all life on earth spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. Her priority is promoting, advancing and practicing healthful ways of being and living, particularly for communities of color who do not have full health access to all resources to reach a comprehensive healthful state. She had the honor to be an apprentice under Dr. Andre Knustgraichen for many years as he taught her traditional ways of healing the mind, body and spirit. After a two-year process in healing a severe infection in her colon, she chose to get certified in Hydro colonic Therapy. A few years later, she started running Women of Color Healing Circles.
