This event will honor Day of Remembrance: the observance of the incarceration of Japanese Americans during WWII. It will also examine the current political climate and shine light on issues like fear of retaliation when discussing Palestine. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) will share insights on knowing our civil liberties and our rights. Students will also share their own narratives and experiences. This will be a space for dialogue about understanding our fundamental freedoms.
