MESA at Foothill and De Anza College are excited to co-host an industry panel of professionals from Nomad Futurist Foundation. The foundation’s mission is to demystify the digital infrastructure industry for the younger generation. The industry is one of the fastest growing industries and offers diverse career paths: operations, engineering, construction, finance, law, etc. Currently there is no formal educational pathway into the industry and most people aren’t even aware of what a data center is; the backbone to the digital world. Our industry wants to reach the younger generation, get them aware and excited about the industry, more importantly, address the human capital deficit that we are facing as we look to the younger generation to lead the industry into the future. Panel will be followed by a Virtual data center tour with one of 1547 Realty’s site in New Jersey
