Filling DASG Administration Committee Vacancies

The bylaws do not have a detailed succession plan to accommodate the number of vacancies and positions needed to fill in the Administration Committee for Spring quarter. The current Public Policy Liaison, Gabe Manglona, has agreed to step into the Chair role.

This discussion is to review and approve that Madhumitha Balaji be appointed as an Election Commissioner for the remainder of spring 2026.

This item is also to approve that the 2026-2027 Elections Commissioner with the higher number of votes, once elected, be appointed to start their position immediately for Spring 2026. If Madhumitha Balaji is one of the 2026-2027 elected candidates, the other elected candidate will start immediately regardless of relative vote count.
