External Shared Governance Committee Reports

Academic Senate (Ian): Met on Monday, presented and discussed -- teaching hybrid and online
- Discussion about police having tasers on campus.
- Hannah: Discussion will be covered in the second week of May.
- Please reach out to Ian if you have any comments about this matter / opportunity to share any feedback.
- Dennis: Info can be communicated between Hannah and Ian.
Ted Naung:
Asiya: Classified Senate met yesterday -- DASG have any thoughts or feedback about the townhall that occurred last week. If anyone has any notes from the meeting please send them her way.
Kate Wang: Updates on available funds for next year - $4 million dollars.

Internal DASG Committee Reports

Administration: Discussed elections process as well as resolutions.
Programs: Discussed Club Day; Kung Fu Panda Theme, Also discussed Flea Market and the Mini Flea Market. Discussed speaker event; ICC Transfer Event that DASG was reached out to for collaboration as well as the Carnival Event planning.
SRE: Resource Fair Planning and DASG Promo Video.
ICC:
Finance: Discussed Finance presentation for board of trustees.
Marketing: Discussed promotional items that will be goven out to all interns; Earth Week was discussed as well.
