Advisor Announcements

• Hyon Chu: Food tonight is Halal - Persian food. 
• Dennis: Isaac and Ted will give election updates. 
• Maritza: Out sick; if anything is considered high priority please note it. Reimbursements need to happen in a timely fashion. 

Senate Announcements

• Matthew: Last week approved funding for the March in March; Bus to Sacramento at 10am; Will be listed in the Discord under announcements. 
• Isaac: DASG Executive Position Elections start next week, spread the word. 
• Dennis: General flyers about student elections including dates, location etc. Deanza.edu/studentvote, 6AM-4PM on March 8, 2024. Be sure it is eyecatching to post around campus etc. 
• Hannah: Disability Support Programs workshops will happen every Monday on until March 6th. Current and alumni from De Anza. 
• Ian: DASG Lounge - candy wrappers on the floor, be more mindful and clean up after yourselves. 
• Lydia: Registration is starting so be sure to schedule classes around committee shared governance meeting times. Spring meetings may run long; don't schedule anythining after 6PM on Wednesdays. Intro and Approval of Prospective senators will start next week.

Student Trustee Announcements

• Javier: Special Board of Trustees meeting; public meeting district office at Foothill college. Open to all.

External Shared Governance Committee Reports

• Ted: College Council met to discuss Measure G project. 
• Izat: Still in discussion phase of groups wanting to go back to their constituents to get more feedback. Need more information from RAPP before making any official decisions.

Internal DASG Committee Reports

• Izat: Finance did not meet. 
• Isaac: Administration: Discussed elections and the presidential debate, sent out 520 emails; discussed class scheduling and scholarships. 
• Katelyn: Elections Q&A in progress for Marketing. 
• Hannah: SRE met today and spoke about the presentation faculty and staff DASG Outreach; Resource Fair thank you to everyone who volunteered. 
• Asiya: Programs Committee: Wildflowers was canceled; EcoFund going to start marketing it out; spread the word about it. Discussed Flea Market; changing the website; postpone the talent show to next quarter; discussed elections. 
• Joel: Stay warm! 
• Lydia: Please post updates in the committee reports.
