CCP Calendar for Spring 2016

April 4 –April 8-- Instructors contact CCP at firstname.lastname@example.org with their intent to participate. This is important because students will need to select their instructors and course info when they apply.
April 11 to April 22-- Classroom visits: instructors should e-mail email@example.com request a time for a member of the CCP Team to visit and talk to students for 5 minutes.
April 13 to April 28-- Students apply on-line at www.deanza.edu/ccpartners/ Apply early as space is limited. We hope to match up to 250 students this quarter. If you have questions or concerns, e-mail us or go to the CCP office in AT313 before the deadline.
April 18 to April 21--“Share a Language Week”--Come learn new languages-- from 9:30am-12:30pm at Student Chambers B.
April 28- Deadline for Applications On-line
April 28 to May 2--

April 27-- RSVP for 1st CCP Get-Together
Sign-up in AT313, with your instructor or e-mail us with subject line: RSVP First Get-together.
May 2-- Begin Partner Notification by e-mail or via instructors
May 2, Monday-- First CCP Get-Together in Conference Room B, Campus Center--Tips and Strategies for Success - Learn how to have a great partnership and get ideas for meetings. Attendance optional, but highly recommended!
May 23, Monday-- GAME DAY from 2:00-3:00 pm in Student Chamber Council Room A, Campus Center-- Come learn different cultural games and have fun together!
Special CCP Events— Time & Location To Be Announced—“Games Day;” "Photo Competition on Facebook;" "Weekly Trivia Question on Facebook;" etc. –Let us know if you're interested in doing a lesson!!
June 3, Friday-- CCP Spring Picnic at Memorial Park from 12:30-2:30 pm—Come join us to celebrate new cross-cultural friendships you have formed to make more. We'll have POTLOCK!!
From Mon. May 2 through Fri. June 10-- Partners meet one-on-one at least five hours. Remember to submit a meeting log after each time you meet with your partner. Check the Meeting Log FAQ's for instructions. Instructors can view Meeting Logs to verify participation.
