Online via Zoom

The De Anza College community is invited to collaborate with Dr. Tabia Lee (Preferred Name: Lee, Pronouns: She/Her/Hers), De Anza’s Faculty Director for the Office of Equity, Social Justice, and Multicultural Education, to define and apply important I.D.E.A. concepts (i.e., Identity and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Equality, Access and Acceptance). Collective definitions lead to greater support for collective action.
  • Define and Apply Identity and Inclusion at De Anza — Jan. 14: 3:30-5:30 p.m.
  • Define and Apply Diversity at De Anza — Jan. 21: 3:30-5:30 p.m.

  • Define and Apply Access and Acceptance at De Anza — Feb. 4: 3:30-5:30 p.m.
