Returning APE Students
The college application has been set up in AdobeSign as an accommodation for returning APE students who only register for APE classes. The DSPS Division Office will manually process your application for you to receive a registration date.

Students must be admitted to the college and receive a registration group date before the APE registration can be processed

  • Use same email as recorded on student MyPortal account
  • Provide 8-digit student campuswide ID (CWID)

Easy Steps to Apply

Please check your email frequently to receive notifications.

Step 1. Click Begin College Application

Step 2. Fill out the application and "Click to Sign"

Step 3. You will receive a pop-up message that reads: "Just one more step".

Step 4. Check your email inbox. Adobe Sign (echosign@echosign.com) will send you an email notification that you have signed the document. To complete the process, you must confirm your email address by using the link "Confirm my email address" for verification. 

Step 5. Once you click on the link "Confirm my email address", your web browser will go to the Adobe Sign verification page. You will see the verification message with a green background that will read the following:

Step 6. You are verified!

"Your e-signing of "ApplicationforAdmissions" has been verified. It has now been emailed to the additional signer(s) for their signature".

Your signed document will be sent to the DSPS Division Administrative Assistant II Michael Fosnaugh for further processing.
