Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your full name and your 8-digit De Anza student identification number, also known as a Campuswide ID or CWID. The duration of the registration assistance may take up to 5-10 minutes.
APE Registration Packet
- All APE classes will be taught online
- Sign documents with the same email address that is recorded on the student MyPortal account
- Have your 8-digit student campuswide ID (CWID) ready
Please complete the APE registration form and petition for course repetitions form listed in the APE Registration Packet. The registration packet is set up by using Adobe Sign. Once you submit the packet, it will be sent to the division dean for approving your petition for course repetition form. Once approved, your registration packet will be sent to Michael Fosnaugh at the DSPS Division office for further processing. You will be enrolled in the class or classes on your assigned registration group date. If corrections need to be made to your registration packet, you will be contacted by email at the earliest convenience.
You have the option to register for one, two, or three classes.

Adobe Sign (email@example.com) will send you an email notification that you have signed the document. To complete the process, you must confirm your email address by using the link "Confirm my email address" for verification. Once you click on the link "Confirm my email address", your web browser will go to the Adobe Sign verification page. You will see the verification message with a green background that will read "Your e-signing of "ApplicationforAdmissions" has been verified".

June 30 - MW classes, Last day to drop with refund
July 1 - TTH classes, Last day to drop with refund
Add Period for Summer Quarter
The last day to add to add classes may change by the admissions and records office without notice.
June 30 - Last day to add MW classes
July 1 - Last day to add TTH classes
The first day of summer classes begin on June 28. At that time, you must request an add code for each class by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The add form must be completed for each class before you fill out the registration packet.
Be sure to include the following:
- 8-digit De Anza student identification
- 5-digit course CRN number
- PEA course number
