Important: MyPortal Password Change

To better protect personal information, all students must create a new, “strong” password to log on to MyPortal beginning Feb. 20. The new password will also be your password for on-campus wireless login.

If you have not already done so, please log in to MyPortal to change your password now before continuing student spring registration begins on March 7. 

That way, if you experience any problems, you can get them resolved before your date to register.

Follow the on-screen prompts to create your new password. It must be eight to 20 characters and include

  • both upper- and lower-case letters
  • at least one number
  • at least one special character, excluding { } : @ ' / #

If you have difficulty when creating your new password or forget what it is, you can reset your password using your birth date and social security number.

If you do not have a social security number, please follow these steps:

  • International Students: Contact the International Students Program office.

  • AB 540 Students: Go to Admissions & Records Office or e-mail webregda@fhda.edu.
