Course Description

This course is an introduction to De Anza College that includes information about programs, services, policies, degrees, certificates, transfer requirements, and college culture. Students will focus on strategies needed for academic success and development of a preliminary Comprehensive Educational Plan.

Restricted to adult education students. Any questions, please contact rodrigueztrantiffany@fhda.edu. This is a 3-week class from 5/28/24- 6/14/24. Class has scheduled meetings as noted in the class listing. The first week (5/28/24 and 5/30/24) will be in-person in L46 and lectures will be online the second and third weeks. Students must have access to a computer, the internet, and an individual email address. We recommend a laptop or desktop computer to successfully complete the course; a tablet or phone may not be adequate for all assignments and tests.
