Some fall classes may have an on-campus component. Check the fall class schedule and footnotes for details on how each class will be taught, including whether online classes will have regularly scheduled meeting times, some scheduled meetings, or no regularly scheduled meetings, with students completing weekly assignments on their own time. All Spring Withdrawals Excused, Deadline Extended
All Spring Withdrawals Will Be Excused
The deadline to withdraw from any class during the 2020 spring quarter has been extended to Friday, June 26 (the last day of the quarter) and any withdrawal will be treated as an excused withdrawal, or EW.
- That means you can take the class again. An EW does not count against limits on repeating a class
- An EW will not count against your course completion rate for purposes of probation
- You can use MyPortal to drop a class and it will be treated as an excused withdrawal
Any withdrawal initiated by an instructor will also be treated as an excused withdrawal.
