Mark Sullivan - Environmental Studies


Welcome to my website.  Here is some information regarding my professional experience and interests.

Mark Sullivan practices environmental law focusing in the areas of hazardous waste, environmental compliance, and environmental justice issues.  Mark is a part-time instructor at De Anza College with specialized knowledge of the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, the California Environmental Quality Act, environmental justice, and other environmental statues and regulations.

Mark Sullivan

Mark was formerly an environmental engineer involved in the investigation and remediation of hazardous waste sites. He also designed and implemented health and safety programs for firms performing hazardous waste site investigations and removal actions.

Mark enjoys outdoor activity sports including hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, and kayaking.  He is actively involved in social and environmental issues in his community.
