Learning Physics is a rewarding adventure.
Physics teaching, semiconductor process and device
B.S. Honors Physics Purdue, PhD Condensed Matter Physics, Illinois
I am excited to be teaching at De Anza since Spring 2015.
I have been long interested in electronics and really began to like experimental Physics as an undergraduate lab assistant at Purdue (Go Boilers!).
After earning my PhD I worked for AMD/Spansion in semiconductor development and manufacturing - mostly Flash memory process integration. This gave me great opportunities to live and work in Wu Han, Hu Bei; Tainan, Taiwan and Saijo, Japan.
Now I work with a bunch of old friends at Flash memory startup Adesto.
Over the years I have been an author on over 150 granted patents - mostly for Flash memory.
I like bicycling, crewing on other people's sailboats, music and languages as well as church activities.
