Human Development 50

This course is about understanding and managing stress in our daily lives. We will discuss what stress is, how stress develops, investigate stress-related disorders, and explore ways of coping and dealing with stress in a healthy and productive manner. Activities include lecture, discussions, guest speakers, self-assessment inventories, videos, group and individual activities, papers and exams. It's an enjoyable class where you will gain valuable skills and techniques in managing your every day stressors to fully enjoy and appreciate each precious moment of your life.
