About the Instructor

Education includes a BA degree from San Jose State University in Radio/TV News; two MA's, one in Counseling and Psychology (Santa Clara University) and Political Science (San Jose State University).

Since 1993, I have been teaching in the Political Science Department at De Anza College and served as the Chair for three years.

My first seventeen years (prior to the above) were spent teaching specialized classes and performing counseling-psychological services for senior citizens also within the Foothill-De Anza Community College District.
