This class teaches techniques that may help increase vitality and longevity, using recent advances in optimal wellness and aging science. Students will learn about research findings in the areas of fitness, diet and foods or herbs with particular benefits. Other topics include ways to ameliorate aging and values for long-term maintenance.

Topics Include:
  • Research on six wellness/aging pathways and strategies for optimization
  • How foods, diet, fitness, sleep and social relationships affect longevity and disease prevention
  • Research for Mediterranean diet
  • Combining various wellness strategies extends life expectancy by 12-14 years
  • Develop and maintain your personal wellness program
