Fresh Pasta at Home (Rm. L-43)

Italians are world-famous for pasta, and with good reason: whether it's light, ethereal egg noodles or hearty filled pastas, fresh pasta made the traditional Italian way rarely disappoints. In this class, we'll learn to make two ideal pastas and pair each with their ideal sauce. This class will introduce the student to the basic cooking techniques and teach useful tips. We will cook together and taste in class. Copies for every recipe will be provided to bring home.
